GUITAR BASEMENT cannot guarantee that a product for sale on this website has not already been sold. In the rare circumstance that more than one party orders a product that we only have one of, we will source another one. If this product is unavailable we shall notify you ASAP.

Warranty / Faulty Goods:
Warranty / faulty goods apply to all stock sold from the GUITAR BASEMENT. In most cases, items carry a minimum warranty period of 12 Months. Rest assured with the knowledge that your online purchase is fully covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The same applies for faulty goods, which will fall either within the guidelines of the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee (within 14 days of purchase) or the manufacturer’s warranty. Guitar Basement is more than happy to provide you with a new item (within 7 days of receipt of goods) or organise a repair on your item. In either case you are required to contact us by email or on (03) 64242286 with 7 days of receipt of goods and we will advise the correct steps for you to take. If an item does need to be returned for a warranty / faulty goods claim, the cost of return must be covered by you and all warranty / faulty goods/money back guarantees must be accompanied by their purchase receipt or invoice and must be in their original packaging and in a cardboard box or postage satchel.
