Shipping:
The GUITAR BASEMENT will always choose the most reliable and cost effective method to ship your purchases. Delivery times will vary depending on stock availability and destination. In saying that we have the back up of a real store and most products are stocked items. If an item is in stock it will usually ship within 24 hrs, if the item is out of stock we will advise as to the expected delivery time via email or phone and will always keep you up to date with you order. If an order is placed over the weekend it will be shipped on the next business working day (Monday-Friday) not including public holidays. 

Important note: In most instances a signature will be required for proof of delivery at the receiver's end. The delivery address that you provide must be one where somebody will be available to accept and sign for the delivery (we are unable to ship to PO Boxes via Courier) so we suggest if you are not going to be at home a work address is fine if that suits you, we shall provide you with all the details on how you can follow your purchased item online. A failure to do so may result in extra charges for repeated delivery attempt!

Our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee covers you the customer so that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from GUITAR BASEMENT you can simply return the goods for a full refund. The cost of the goods will be either credited to your customer account for future purchases (on-line) or money can be refunded to your credit card or bank account. If you are returning an item in this case YOU are required to cover the cost of postage/shipping and all goods must be returned in their original packaging in a cardboard box or postage satchel within 14 calender days of receipt of goods.

Procedure for return of goods:Send our sales department an email info@redhotmusic.com.au outlining your complaint/issue. Inform us as to what steps you would like us to take to assist you. Once your return/credit has been approved, and you have received a confirmation email, pack your items(s) in original packaging then inside a box or satchel and return your item to Red Hot Music

Yes we will match any price; but hey you need to prove it. A copy of the ad or website must be sighted or be able to be verified. The item must be in stock and it must be new, not second hand, ex-demo or a factory second. It must be an identical item in exactly the same condition. The price must be from an Authorized Australian Dealer. This matching policy is valid for Australia and in Australian dollars only and is at the discretion of GUITAR BASEMENT.
