Perfect for those times when your amp's on stage, in the truck, too much trouble to get up the stairs, or when need something a little simpler to set up, the amp is stereo, has two channels and an mp3 input, and the bag folds over to become a stand!

You can get naphtha at hardware stores and even in some grocery stores. But by all means, be careful with it. The stuff is highly flammable—no surprise, since it’s basically lighter fluid. So do not use it near an open flame.

All you need to do is take a small piece of cloth and saturate it with naphtha. Then gently rub the sticker and surrounding area (letting the cloth sit on the sticker for a few seconds can help loosen the adhesive). If you must peel the sticker, do so slowly and gently, because peeling can also lift the finish, too. Better to not peel the sticker at all.

Paper stickers will pretty much turn into sticky gunk that can be wiped away fairly quickly and easily; vinyl stickers will require a little more time and effort. Naphtha should do the trick in both cases, though.

Once a sticker is gone, it’s possible that the finish surrounding where the sticker used to be will appear lighter. That’s because a guitar’s finish will gradually fade and lighten to some extent with exposure to sunlight and fluorescent lighting, while the unexposed finish beneath the sticker retains whatever (darker) color and shade it had when the sticker was applied. Little to be done about that short of having the entire guitar refinished, but the finish itself should remain unharmed by this sticker removal method.

Both albums will be available as single CDs and on vinyl. Deluxe versions will be two-CD sets with one DVD. The CDs will include previously unreleased and rare material. The DVDs will include never-before-seen live footage recorded at Chicago’s Metro between 1990-93.

The re-releases will continue into 2012 (with 1995’s Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, 1996’s The Aeroplane Flies High and 1998’s Adore) and 2013 (with 2000’s Machina/the Machines of God and Machina II: the Friends & Enemies of Modern Music, along with a new best-of compilation).

Fender® introduces one of its most distinctive signature models ever, the Kurt Cobain Jaguar®-meticulously modeled on the battered and highly unusual 1965 Jaguar that Cobain wielded during the heady early-’90s era when Nirvana ruled rock and led a musically stunning and culturally subversive movement.

Fender craftsmen have reproduced Cobain’s battle-hardened left-handed Jaguar down to the last unusual detail, including its worn finish, dual humbucking pickups and unique electronics and controls (which were already in place when Kurt acquired the guitar in summer 1991).

I was lucky enough to attend the Roland Corp Product launch for 2011 in Feb of this year and was amazed with what i heard and layed eyes on. The new Roland drum kits just sound amazing and even more so when Lucius Borich (Gog) performs a track from his new band called "Floating Me", the guy was born with sticks in his hand and the roland kit just sounded HUGE! The Foo Fighters just released the official trailer for their new career-spanning documentary film, Back and Forth.

The film, which will premiere at South by Southwest this week, will also get a limited release in a few theaters across the United States soon.
